How a game gets made

One sentence in. A game that has already been played comes out.

Teleplay is a free AI game maker that turns a one-sentence idea into a playable 2D browser game in a few minutes. The AI builds each game by calling engine tools instead of writing code, and a bot play-tests every game before it's published.

What's different

Most tools hand you code and hope. This one hands you a game that's already been played.

Every game is play-tested before you see it

A headless browser plays each build through and checks it against the rules the game declared: can the ending be reached, do the controls move the player, does the score on screen match the game. Anything that fails goes through an automatic repair pass before you see it.

  • ✓player can move
  • ✓coins add score
  • ✓goal ends the game
  • ✓lives run outrepaired

Retune it while it runs

Open a game and its own settings appear beside it: speeds, health, damage, colours. Move a slider, press Reload, and the running game restarts on the new numbers. No rebuild, no new prompt, no waiting.

Move speed220
Jump power550
Reload with changes

The model never writes code

It calls tools — define a player, place an enemy, set the win condition — and the engine's own implementations run them. Generated content is data, so nothing model-written ever executes on the server or in your browser.

Art picked or made for your idea

The engine looks through its library of earlier drawings first and draws new art when nothing fits. Borrowed sounds come from open-licensed collections, and every one is credited in the game's credits file.

Most games get a twist

One bonus move, like a dash or a double jump, picked by the engine for any game with a character to move. The plan names it before you build.

Bonus: double jump.
